Rich Riley

Rich is the CEO of Sitemetric, LLC. Prior to joining Sitemetric, he was Co-CEO of Origin Materials, a sustainable materials company. Previously, Rich was the CEO of Shazam, one of the world's most popular music apps. Under his leadership, the company more than doubled its user base, surpassed one billion downloads, and became one of the highest-rated apps in the world. Shazam was acquired by Apple in 2018.
Prior to joining Shazam, Rich spent 13 years at Yahoo! He joined as part of the acquisition of a start-up he co-founded, Log-Me-on.com, which invented the toolbar. At Yahoo!, Rich had a variety of roles starting in Corporate Development, SVP Small and Medium Business, EVP and Managing Director of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region, and EVP of the Americas Region reporting into the CEO and serving on the Executive Management Team.
Rich served as an Industry Advisor to the global investment firm, KKR, as well as on the Board of the Entrepreneurial Department at the Wharton School. He is an active member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO). Rich has been named 3 times to Billboard’s list of the most powerful people in the music industry, was featured on Fortune Magazine’s 40 Under 40, Ones to Watch list, and was a finalist for E&Y’s Entrepreneur of the Year award. Rich previously served on the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America, Yankee Council. Rich holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance & Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Darren Stineman is a finance executive with deep experience in privately held and private equity backed mid-market technology and tech-enabled services companies. He has served as CFO at an international SaaS firm supporting mission-critical global infrastructure and at a leading U.S. environmental engineering and consulting firm. He holds a BS in Finance and an MS in Finance from Bentley University.
His background spans financial planning and analysis, enterprise sales, marketing, and customer-facing technology development, including contributions that supported a $3B exit. Darren brings a growth-oriented approach to financial strategy, with a focus on building the infrastructure and practices that enable scaling businesses to execute at a high level.

Dedrick Duckett is Chief Technology Officer at Sitemetric, where he leads engineering and technology strategy. A technologist and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience, Dedrick has built and scaled software systems and teams across many verticals, including legal technology, simulation, gaming, and now construction.
Before joining Sitemetric, Dedrick co-founded ThreadKM, a real-time knowledge management and collaboration company, and led it as CTO through its acquisition by NetDocuments, the legal industry's leading cloud platform, where he then served as VP of Engineering for Incubation. Earlier, he co-founded ESP Vision, the 3D visualization platform behind Disney theme park design, Universal's pre-visualization of Iron Man, and the opening ceremonies of the Beijing Olympics. The company was acquired by Vectorworks in 2015. He also served as Senior Director of Technology at WMS Gaming, leading the online gaming platform through the company's acquisition by Scientific Games.
Dedrick began his career as a software engineer shipping entertainment titles for Activision and 3DO. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science, an M.S. in Computational Science and Engineering with a concentration in Modeling and Simulation, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, all from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

A seasoned B2B commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience, Michael has built and scaled go-to-market organizations at the front line of the wireless, IoT, and AI/ML revolutions. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Cognosos, scaling its AI-driven asset-visibility platform across automotive OEMs and healthcare, and as President of IoT Products and Services at Digi International, where he led the company's IoT growth strategy.
Widely regarded as one of the IoT industry's most connected and respected commercial leaders, Michael holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from Kenyon College.

Katie Suttle Weinert serves as Chief Legal Officer at Sitemetric. She partners with the executive team and Board on commercial, governance, regulatory, and employment matters as Sitemetric scales, leading a lean, tech-forward legal department that moves at the speed of the business.
Across two decades of practice, Katie has served as interim in-house counsel to a diverse range of clients, including a FAANG company, an international pharmaceutical company, a specialty retailer, and a late-stage tech start-up. As outside counsel, her practice spanned a wide range of advisory and advocacy work, including jury trials and arguments before the Eleventh Circuit. She was a core member of an international law firm’s Workplace Violence Prevention and Crisis Response team, guiding clients nationwide through high-stakes situations.

Lance Leising brings more than three decades of experience in federal law enforcement, crisis management, and enterprise security to his role as Vice President of Safety and Security at Sitemetric. He leads the company’s safety and security strategy, program development, and operational execution across North American jobsite intelligence and access control operations.
Before joining Sitemetric, Lance spent 23 years with the FBI, rising to Supervisory Special Agent and leading investigations involving violent crime, organized crime, terrorism, and critical incident response. He also served 22 years on the FBI SWAT Team, completed overseas deployments supporting U.S. military operations in Afghanistan, and later spent five years at Amazon building global workplace threat management and crisis response programs. Lance began his career as a felony prosecutor in Ohio and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University. His work has been featured by Dateline, America’s Most Wanted, The New York Times, and Esquire, and one homicide investigation was adapted into the feature film American Murderer.

Evan Winchester is Head of Marketing for Sitemetric, LLC, a leading provider of construction site technology and services. Prior to joining Sitemetric, he was Head of Marketing Communications at Origin Materials, a publicly traded sustainable materials company, where he led the executive team through more than 20 consecutive earnings calls and played a central role in the company's 2021 go-public transaction, which raised over $500 million.
Previously, Evan was Associate Creative Director at Gold Front, a San Francisco-based creative agency, where he led strategic positioning, advertising, and branding initiatives for some of the world’s most recognized companies, including Slack, Stripe, and Qualtrics, directing teams of copywriters, designers, and producers across video and brand campaigns with a focus on building new market categories.
Evan has served on the Board of the Alliance to Cure Cavernous Malformation, advising the rare disease non-profit on brand and communications. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
