Rich is the CEO of Sitemetric, LLC. Prior to joining Sitemetric, he was Co-CEO of Origin Materials, a sustainable materials company. Previously, Rich was the CEO of Shazam, one of the world's most popular music apps. Under his leadership, the company more than doubled its user base, surpassed one billion downloads, and became one of the highest-rated apps in the world. Shazam was acquired by Apple in 2018.

Prior to joining Shazam, Rich spent 13 years at Yahoo! He joined as part of the acquisition of a start-up he co-founded, Log-Me-on.com, which invented the toolbar. At Yahoo!, Rich had a variety of roles starting in Corporate Development, SVP Small and Medium Business, EVP and Managing Director of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region, and EVP of the Americas Region reporting into the CEO and serving on the Executive Management Team.

Rich served as an Industry Advisor to the global investment firm, KKR, as well as on the Board of the Entrepreneurial Department at the Wharton School. He is an active member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO). Darren Stineman is a finance executive with deep experience in privately held and private equity backed mid-market technology and tech-enabled services companies. He has served as CFO at an international SaaS firm supporting mission-critical global infrastructure and at a leading U.S. environmental engineering and consulting firm. He holds a BS in Finance and an MS in Finance from Bentley University.

His background spans financial planning and analysis, enterprise sales, marketing, and customer-facing technology development, including contributions that supported a $3B exit. Darren brings a growth-oriented approach to financial strategy, with a focus on building the infrastructure and practices that enable scaling businesses to execute at a high level.

Dedrick Duckett is Chief Technology Officer at Sitemetric, where he leads engineering and technology strategy. A technologist and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience, Dedrick has built and scaled software systems and teams across many verticals, including legal technology, simulation, gaming, and now construction.

Before joining Sitemetric, Dedrick co-founded ThreadKM, a real-time knowledge management and collaboration company, and led it as CTO through its acquisition by NetDocuments, the legal industry's leading cloud platform, where he then served as VP of Engineering for Incubation. Earlier, he co-founded ESP Vision, the 3D visualization platform behind Disney theme park design, Universal's pre-visualization of Iron Man, and the opening ceremonies of the Beijing Olympics. The company was acquired by Vectorworks in 2015. He also served as Senior Director of Technology at WMS Gaming, leading the online gaming platform through the company's acquisition by Scientific Games.

Dedrick began his career as a software engineer shipping entertainment titles for Activision and 3DO. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science, an M.S. in Computational Science and Engineering with a concentration in Modeling and Simulation, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, all from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Michael Ueland is Chief Commercial Officer at Sitemetric, where he leads go-to-market strategy, revenue, and customer success for the company's site visibility, worker access control, and perimeter security platform.

A seasoned B2B commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience, Michael has built and scaled go-to-market organizations at the front line of the wireless, IoT, and AI/ML revolutions. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Cognosos, scaling its AI-driven asset-visibility platform across automotive OEMs and healthcare, and as President of IoT Products and Services at Digi International, where he led the company's IoT growth strategy.

Widely regarded as one of the IoT industry's most connected and respected commercial leaders, Michael holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from Kenyon College.

Katie Suttle Weinert serves as Chief Legal Officer at Sitemetric. She partners with the executive team and Board on commercial, governance, regulatory, and employment matters as Sitemetric scales, leading a lean, tech-forward legal department that moves at the speed of the business.

Across two decades of practice, Katie has served as interim in-house counsel to a diverse range of clients, including a FAANG company, an international pharmaceutical company, a specialty retailer, and a late-stage tech start-up. As outside counsel, her practice spanned a wide range of advisory and advocacy work, including jury trials and arguments before the Eleven^th Circuit. She was a core member of an international law firm’s Workplace Violence Prevention and Crisis Response team, guiding clients nationwide through high-stakes situations.

Lance Leising brings more than three decades of experience in federal law enforcement, crisis management, and enterprise security to his role as Vice President of Safety and Security at Sitemetric. He leads the company’s safety and security strategy, program development, and operational execution across North American jobsite intelligence and access control operations.

Before joining Sitemetric, Lance spent 23 years with the FBI, rising to Supervisory Special Agent and leading investigations involving violent crime, organized crime, terrorism, and critical incident response. He also served 22 years on the FBI SWAT Team, completed overseas deployments supporting U.S. military operations in Afghanistan, and later spent five years at Amazon building global workplace threat management and crisis response programs. Lance began his career as a felony prosecutor in Ohio and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University. His work has been featured by Dateline, America’s Most Wanted, The New York Times, and Esquire, and one homicide investigation was adapted into the feature film American Murderer.

Geoff Menegay, VP of Product Geoff Menegay leads product at Sitemetric, bringing a builder's mindset to a platform used across hundreds of active construction sites. Before Sitemetric, he was a startup CTO who built and sold a company to AOL, then scaled advertising products at Google serving billions of users across millions of advertisers. He has a strong track record of turning complex operational problems into scalable software.

Previously, Evan was Associate Creative Director at Gold Front, a San Francisco-based creative agency, where he led strategic positioning, advertising, and branding initiatives for some of the world’s most recognized companies, including Slack, Stripe, and Qualtrics, directing teams of copywriters, designers, and producers across video and brand campaigns with a focus on building new market categories.

As National Director of EHS, Strategy & Systems, Ronda Wilkinson leads the compliance, governance, and risk infrastructure behind Sitemetric's enterprise safety program, supporting 2,000+ employees across hundreds of active project sites nationwide. She partners with the National Director of EHS Operations & Execution to ensure field performance is backed by systems and data strong enough to scale with the company's growth.

Ronda's career began in the U.S. Army, where she served as a Military Police Officer at Fort Bragg. That discipline and composure have carried through 32 years of EHS leadership, where she's built a reputation for turning complex regulatory requirements into safety systems that hold up under audit and under pressure.

Her background spans hyperscale data center construction, public utility generation and transmission, aerospace manufacturing, and primary metals production, giving her a broad view of risk management, regulatory compliance, and workforce safety across some of the most heavily regulated industries in the country. She has guided facilities to multi-year stretches without an OSHA-recordable incident and served as a certified HOP trainer since 2008.

At Sitemetric, she is applying that same ground-up approach to EHS governance, compliance, and training infrastructure, then turning it into the analytics executive leadership relies on. Scott Miller brings 25 years of hands-on construction experience to his role as VP of Hardware Products at Sitemetric, where he leads the company's physical product lines — from access control, badging, and AI cameras to the turnstiles, access control booths, and site sensors deployed on the worksite. He translates the realities of the field into the products that run on it. Before moving into technology, Scott spent his career in general contracting, rising from laborer to senior superintendent.

He has run projects across K-12 schools, healthcare and laboratory facilities, high-rise residential, parking and transit structures, and secured government facilities — including SCIF construction for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers — and, early in his career, contributed to the rebuilding of the Pentagon following the September 11 attacks. Most recently he led the Net Zero, LEED Gold modernization of Truesdell Elementary School in Washington, DC, the first significant use of mass timber in a DC public school. It was on that project that Scott first encountered Sitemetric while searching for a better way to manage his workforce — he began requesting features to make the platform work in the field, from online safety orientations to zone-based alerting, and ultimately joined the company to build the tools he once needed himself.

Keenan Nuehring is Vice President of Customer Success at Sitemetric, where he leads the teams responsible for onboarding, retention, and the day-to-day partnership with the contractors and builders who rely on the company's worksite intelligence, access control, and safety platform. He is focused on turning Sitemetric's technology into measurable outcomes in the field and on making every customer feel that partnership at each stage of their project.

Before joining Sitemetric, Keenan managed key accounts at Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey, two leaders in experience management and research technology, where he was responsible for the relationships and growth of some of each company's most important customers. His earlier career spanned public service and entrepreneurship. He worked in the U.S. House of Representatives, ran multiple federal congressional campaigns, and built and managed a portfolio of franchise businesses. He also continues to serve as a leader in the Utah Army National Guard. That experience, in settings where security and safety are taken seriously, shapes how he serves Sitemetric's customers.

Keenan holds a B.A. in Political Science from Utah State University and a Master of Political Management from The George Washington University.

Michael Gilsinan is Director of Strategic Projects at Sitemetric, where he works across data, operations, and strategy to turn complex business questions into scalable systems and actionable insights. Reporting directly to the CEO, he leads cross-functional initiatives and helps build the data infrastructure, reporting systems, and analytics behind Sitemetric’s construction intelligence platform.

Since joining Sitemetric in 2020, Michael has served in roles spanning field operations, customer experience, and technology, including Data Control Officer, SVP of Customer Experience, and Senior Data Engineer. That progression gives him an end-to-end perspective on the business, from the needs of customers and field teams to the technical systems and executive decisions that support growth.

Michael’s background combines entrepreneurship with experience in global technology. While completing his undergraduate studies, he launched and scaled a private performing arts education venture, expanding it to two locations in New York and New Jersey, including the conversion of a street-level Manhattan retail space into a dedicated performing arts facility. His career also includes work in Intel’s communications business, where he gained exposure to integrated voice and data network technology.

Justin Wilsey is a Regional Tech Leader at Sitemetric with hands-on experience in construction field operations, worksite technology, device troubleshooting, and site-health reporting. He supports active worksites across the West Coast, focusing on field-system reliability, operational visibility, and practical support for the teams responsible for keeping projects moving.

Justin combines field operations experience with a strong technical background in computer systems, worksite devices, internal tools, and reporting workflows. He works closely with field technicians, SLLs, ACOs, and operations leaders across sensor maintenance, scan station troubleshooting, battery maintenance, site-health reporting, and field-team support.

He has also helped develop internal tools and reporting workflows that improve operational visibility, identify site-level issues, and turn field data into practical action. Justin brings a field-first technical perspective to Sitemetric's platform and operations, with a focus on reducing blind spots, improving reliability, and making sure the technology used on site supports the people using it every day.

Billy Reyes started at Sitemetric as a Field Technician and has consistently focused on responding to client needs and prioritizing critical issues to ensure reliable service and customer satisfaction.
Reyes has hands-on experience working with multiple turnstile models and systems, Sitemetric site sensors, and photo ID printers. Each project has expanded Reyes’ technical skills and ability to troubleshoot, install, and support a wide range of security and access control solutions.

Reyes takes pride in maintaining a positive attitude, being dependable, and always being willing to take on new challenges, helping teammates, sharing knowledge, and contributing wherever needed. Slade Schneider brings over 25 years of experience in the electrical and low-voltage industries. Before joining Sitemetric, he spent 15 years at Verizon as a Cable Technician, where he developed extensive expertise in telecommunications, fiber and copper infrastructure, networking, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Today, Slade leads field operations and supports technicians across the Southwest and Gulf regions, specializing in construction technology, access control systems, networking, and field support. He is passionate about mentoring technicians, solving complex field challenges, and improving operational efficiency to ensure reliable technology and successful project execution.

Eric Horrocks is a security and field operations professional with a unique combination of Military Police experience, technical expertise, and hands-on leadership.

With a background in Military Police operations and several years of experience in access control and site security technology, Eric has developed a strong understanding of security, troubleshooting, team management, and field operations. As a Regional Field Technician Lead, he oversees technicians across multiple states while managing complex access-control systems and working directly with clients and general contractors.

Eric specializes in turnstiles, magnetic and strike locks, gate systems, security cameras, badge readers, scan stations, and Bluetooth proximity technology. His approach combines military discipline and accountability with practical technical problem-solving and a commitment to getting the job done right.
