He served as CEO of Shazam, where he more than doubled the user base, surpassed one billion downloads, and led the company through its acquisition by Apple in 2018. Before that, he spent 13 years at Yahoo! in executive roles including EVP of the Americas and EVP and Managing Director of EMEA, and earlier co-founded Log-Me-on.com, which was acquired by Yahoo!.
Rich has advised the global investment firm KKR and served on the Board of the Entrepreneurial Department at the Wharton School. He holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School and has been recognized on Billboard's Most Powerful in Music, Fortune's 40 Under 40, and as a finalist for E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year.

Chief Financial Officer
Darren Stineman is a finance executive with deep experience in privately held and private equity backed mid-market technology and tech-enabled services companies. He has servedas CFO at an international SaaS firm supporting mission-critical global infrastructure and at a leading U.S. environmental engineering and consulting firm.
His background spans financial planning and analysis, enterprise sales, marketing, and customer-facing technology development, including contributions that supported a $3B exit. Darren brings a growth-oriented approach to financial strategy, with a focus on building the infrastructure and practices that enable scaling businesses to execute at ahigh level.

Chief Commercial Officer
Michael Ueland is a B2B commercial leader with more than 25years of experience building go-to-market organizations at the intersection ofwireless, IoT, and AI. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer atCognosos, scaling its AI-driven asset-visibility platform across automotive andhealthcare, and as President of IoT Products and Services at DigiInternational, where he led the company's IoT growth strategy. Widely regardedas one of the IoT industry's most connected commercial leaders, Michael holdsan MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. fromKenyon College.

Chief Legal Officer
Katie Suttle Weinert is a corporate attorney with two decades of experience spanning in-house and outside counsel roles. She has served as interim in-house counsel for a FAANG company, an international pharmaceutical company, a specialty retailer, and a late-stage tech startup. As outside counsel, her practice included jury trials, appellate arguments before the Eleventh Circuit, and a broad range of advisory work. She was also a core member of an international law firm's Workplace Violence Prevention and Crisis Response team, guiding clients through high-stakes situations nationwide.

VP of Safety and Security
Lance Leising brings more than three decades of experience in federal law enforcement, crisis management, and enterprise security. He spent 23 years with the FBI in Phoenix, rising to Supervisory Special Agent and serving 22 years on the FBI SWAT Team, including five years as SWAT Supervisor and hundreds of deployments as On-Scene Commander involving active shooters, hostage situations, and dignitary protection.
He also completed three overseas deployments in Afghanistan. Following his FBI career, he spent five years at Amazon as Senior Manager of Global Resilience and Crisis Management, building the company's worldwide workplace threat and crisis response programs. Lance holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a B.S.in Criminal Justice from Indiana University.

Geoff Menegay is a product and technology leader who brings a builder's mindset to complex operational problems. Before Sitemetric, he was a startup CTO who built and sold a company to AOL, then spent years at Google scaling advertising products that served billions of users across millions of advertisers. His background combines deep technical fluency with a proven ability to translate operational challenges into scalable, high-impact software solutions.

Head of Site Operations
Tristan Thomas is an operations leader with nearly six years at Sitemetric, spanning site operations, national director responsibilities, and executive leadership. He has played a central role in scaling the company's field operations and delivering RTLS and access control solutions to large-scale construction projects across the country. Tristan is driven by a focus on operational excellence and a commitment to advancing how the construction industry adopts smart technology. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech.

Head of Marketing
Evan Winchester is a marketing and creative leader with a background spanning brand strategy, advertising, and executive communications. Before Sitemetric, he was Head of Marketing Communications at Origin Materials, where he led more than 20 consecutive earnings calls and played a central rolein the company's 2021 go-public transaction. Prior to that, he was Associate Creative Director at Gold Front in San Francisco, leading positioning and brand campaigns for clients including Slack, Stripe, and Qualtrics. Evan has served on the Board of the Alliance to Cure Cavernous Malformation and holds an MFA in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley.
